Resolved - We encountered an unusually high thread utilization on our 3DS server, which affected the transaction processing.

At 06:57 UTC, we increased resources to rectify the imminent performance situation, and transaction processing has since returned to normal. We further made performance tweaks to improve on the overall stability at 08:28 UTC.

We will continue to closely monitor the situation.

Investigating - Starting from 5:59 UTC on 18th July 2025, we are observing intermittent issues affecting 3D Secure (3DS) authentication flows for some transactions. Impacted users may experience occasional failures or delays when attempting authentication.

Our engineering team is actively investigating the root cause and monitoring system performance closely. We will provide updates here as more information becomes available.
