Investigating - Entersekt is observing degraded response behavior on its NIUSSD integration path with Telkom. This degradation originates upstream of Entersekt’s systems and is affecting the timely processing of NIUSSD transactions. We are actively engaging with Telkom and will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

Impact: Users may experience delayed or unsuccessful NIUSSD session initiations, resulting in intermittent transaction failures.

Scheduled - Entersekt is observing reduced availability on the SIM Information integration path with Vodacom. The upstream degradation is affecting our ability to retrieve SIM attributes such as age, swap status, and related information. Entersekt’s systems remain fully operational, and we are in contact with Vodacom for further updates.

Impact: Authentication flows relying on SIM Information may experience elevated failure rates due to incomplete or unavailable upstream SIM data.

Investigating - We experienced a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack that is affecting our 3DS services. Our engineering and security teams are actively working to mitigate the impact and restore normal operations.​

Users may experience an increase in transactions resulting in statuses of U - Unavailable, Auth error, or Rejected due to a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack targeting our infrastructure.

Please note this attack is over and has been mitigated. Services are restoring to normal.
