Entersekt's monitoring systems have detected issues processing consumer authentication (3DS) transactions in our Europe hosted environment from 13:52 until 13:57 UTC. This degradation has affected transaction success rates, with a noticeable increase in failures.​

Our engineering team is actively working to identify the root cause to prevent future recurrences, but rest assured we have since recovered from the incident and the system is currently stable.

Impact: Users may experience increased transaction failures, including statuses such as 'U' (Unavailable), 'Error', or 'Rejected'.​
