Based on investigation, we had experienced periodic HSM connectivity issues between 06:06 UTC to 06:38 UTC today due to maintenance activity on our HSM provider’s end.

Investigating

We observed intermittent issues affecting 3D Secure (3DS) authentication flows for some transactions between 06:06 UTC to 06:38 UTC. Affected users may have experienced occasional failures when attempting authentication resulting in Auth error.

Our engineering team is actively investigating the root cause and monitoring system performance closely. We will provide updates here as more information becomes available.
